Description

What happens when Little Red Riding Hood meets Jack and the Beanstalk? What if Cinderella loses her glass slipper in Rapunzel's tower? In this imaginative and hilarious theater class, students will become storytellers as they mix, match, and mash together their favorite fairy tales to create an entirely new adventure!
Students will collaborate to develop characters, plot twists, and unexpected storylines while learning the fundamentals of acting, improvisation, character development, and stage performance. Through creative games, teamwork, and lots of laughter, they'll help write their very own fairy tale remix and bring it to life on stage for family and friends.
Perfect for young actors who love creativity, storytelling, and putting their own spin on classic tales. Once upon a time has never been this much fun!

Holly Bufalino

Holly is a wife to Todd and proud mom of three teenage boys. Before stepping into the world of theater, she spent several years teaching first grade and running a homeschool group. Holly loves children and working in Children’s Ministry. For over a decade, she directed Kid’s Choir with CBC. Holly has been involved with CYT for the past two years with her son. She has volunteered, served as a committee chair, and been a Show Coordinator and Stage Manager. Holly is so excited to be in the classroom this session and can’t wait to meet you!
