Where are the tickets I purchased online?
We emailed your ticket(s) to the email address you provided when you checked out. Please check your email Spam folder to see if your ticket is there. If you still can't find your ticket, then email us at
info@cytsanantonio.org and we will re-send your ticket. You can also stop by the Box Office table when you arrive for the performance, and we will have your name on a list of tickets purchased.
How long is the show?
CYT shows vary in length per production. If the show has the word "Jr." in the title, it will probably last between 1 to 1.5 hours including intermission. Other shows are about 2 to 2.25 hours including intermission.
Are very young children allowed to your show? Can they sit on my lap or do they need a ticket?
We love it families come to the theater together! Lap sitters are welcome but once they can sit on their own (around 2 years old) they will need to purchase their own ticket and sit in their own seat.
Can I change my ticket to a different performance?
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed to another performance. However, you can give your tickets to friends or family and email us letting us know the name of the party who will be sitting in those seats. You can email boxoffice@cytsanantonio.org to make sure that is noted.
I can’t make it to the show. Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable.
Someone in my party can’t make it to the show. Can I get their ticket cancelled and refunded?
No. We cannot cancel individual tickets within a transaction.
Is there Wheelchair accessible seating?
Wheelchair accessible seating is available but not listed online. Please email boxoffice@cytsanantonio.org to request that seating.
