Description

This is the class that combines the three elements of musical theatre: voice, dance and acting. Be a part of the wonderful world of musical theatre by exploring storytelling, choreography, vocal technique, and character development!

This high-energy class will include warm-ups, group activities, dance routines, theatre games and performance. Students will learn to how perform a musical theatre number with an ensemble from start to finish while demonstrating confidence, focus, energy, and stage presence.

Karlina Hindman

Karlina joined CYT when she was fifteen and continued to pursue her love for the arts after graduating from high school in 2019. She is currently studying art and design at Texas state. She hopes to use her passion for theatre and the arts to cultivate Christ-centered relationships at CYT.

Emma is a CYT alumni who is currently going to school at Northeast Lakeview College. She is passionate about everything theater, and looks forward to sharing that passion with students!
